Just so everyone knows, the free respec will be given out later this week. Some of our external testers reported some instances in which characters may not have received the expected Free Respec. We want to ensure everyone receives the respec so we will be granting it later this week.
Also, after testing Global Chat we have found a few issues that need to be addressed before going to the live servers. We will bring global chat to the live servers as soon as these issues are ironed out.
