I say blow them! Do whatever you want as long as it isn't intentionally hurting someone ( for instance a person named KKK clad in a white robe would deffinetly be offensive, mainly because it's racistic) and what you're doing isn't worse than creating Loke from the norse mythology.
I see demonic heroes running around the streets of Paragon all the time. It might offend some people, but it certainly won't offend the majority.
