You see, the Capo Gunner and the 5th column are actually friends, and when us heroes arn't looking, they bust out some cards and play "Go Fish" But when a hero comes it's straight back to threatening with word bubbles. So the simple answer is no.
If a Capo Gunner in Independance Port threatens a 5th Column soldier and there are no heros around to hear him, does he still use word bubbles?
