I was wondering if I can get yahoo groups to make a directory for it if people would be willing to make specific yahoo groups as places for rp about City Of Heroes. After we make the specific rooms I can make a page with all of the groups on it and put it on the fansite portal for anyone who wants to go and have rp threads on their character. I could also try and make rules for the forum basically only requireing needed information for character. (IE: Mutant Blaster , etc) and the rules being basic rules (Keep in character powers (which would require updated information), no abusive language, harrassment. If you all in tell me cause then I'll make sure it'll be ok with NcSoft (Doubt they'll care we get no profit and in ways being accessible to everyone is its own advertisement.)
