1. Ryko Nailo (Scrapper) - Virtue

Team: Portal Corp.
Brief Origin: A half-human half-dragon warrior from another dimension who came to paragon city to repay a debt to Dr. Webb but during the Reichsmen attack Dr. Webb was killed and then Ryko went to help out his wife to repay his debt. Recently his debt was declared repaid, and instead of going back to his home dimension he decided to continue working for Portal Corp. Ryko could careless about the city but will do ANYTHING in his power to protect Portal Corp.

Ivory is an enigmatic contract employee of the small Cynergetic Enterprise, Inc. Armed with an impossibly rugged, multi-function rifle, a powerful knowledge of the subtler aspects of the universe and the resource backing of a multi-national arms innovator, Ivory is a contracted problem solver on the cutting edge. Coming and going as he pleases, Ivory emits a sound aura of power that prevents him from working well with others.

Brief Origin:
High profile and high risk, Galactic Jack is as competent as he is capable. An accomplished law guru, he has successfully defended himself through more sexual harassment cases then most heroes have confirmed arrests leading to conviction.

BIO: Not much is known about the hero, "Blizara". She is suspected to have a military background, especially in the Covert ops sector, because of her intense physical training and her array of stealth oriented gadgets.
Her weapon of choice is her pair of Molecular manipulation gauntlets, designed to slow molecule activity in her targets, which causes temperatures to drop to leathal levels. With this combination of technology and training, she executes her undercover operations with extreme efficiency, and leaves nothing behind save for stone cold bodies and no witnesses with a visual ID.
Currently, she is allied with the Supergroup, Cold Front, taking on more shady missions that might stain a more righteous hero's reputation. Her "ghost" technologies are an oddity within paragon city, and it is suspected that her "Hero" status is only a cover for her real line of work.
