Well I doubt I'm anywhere near 260 levels but I've had concepts I've rerolled numerous times. The personal concept I've had the longest and rerolled the most is Egyptian Cotten and Egyptian Cottenmouth. It's the same concept just one's a villain and ones a hero. She's started as an Ice/Emp but the playerbase became to self sufficient to require heals and buffs. She's been rerolled as a Dark/sonic fender, Sonic/Dark corruptor, and a Fire/storm troller.
If she's a hero she's always been a member of a super hero exchange program, as a villain she's always been on the run from Interpol. -
You can go turn your hero merits in now if you want. I've already spent my merits at level 14.
Although at such low levels the good recipes aren't available and rolls aren't really a good idea. -
You're talking about when Vanessa uses her mind powers to freeze you in place and explains to you she has nothing to do with the carnival of light. I'm not saying the "retcon" didn't happen, it just happened a while before I21.
I haven't done that arc post I21 but everything you're describing is stuff that was changed before the incarnate slot was introduced. IIRC. -

Plainguy you'll get 8 tokens if you spend $100. The tokens are rewarded for every 1200pts you buy not how much money you spend.
$100 get you 9600 pts which gets you 8 tokens (9600/1200)
When you bought your first package of points you got 1 Token for buying 1200pts. The extra token you got was rewarded to you for buying points for the first time. Your first point purchase, no matter how big or small, rewards a token. Every token earned through the market after that is 1 Token per 1200pts bought. -

Are the rewards (including the content itself) worth the cash price paid by Preems for access?
It takes 2 trips through the sewer trail to get to level 10 and then 45 mins to an hour to run the 1st SSA twice. That's an LoTG every 2 hours.
Outside of this small group of Preems I don't see this being worth $5 bucks. If I wasn't Vip I'd just hang out at Theodan or whatever contact is needed to start that months SSA and join a team.
For the amount of content you get for purchasing First Ward (which is a steal IMO) I don't see how any arc can ever be a value.Quote:Without the reward table, what would need to be added to the arc to make it worth it. -

Each repeatable contact only has 4 missions before they start repeating. You'll just end up getting the same mission with a different name for the end boss pretty quick.

Dr Aeon mentioned in the Ustream this morning that future SSAs will have a higher level when you exempt and require you to be a higher level in order to start the SSA.

I had an SO drop on a level 11 blaster villianside. I was solo.
More SOs earlier is always a good thing. -
You have to be in melee in order to use soul drain. The more mobs around you the greater the buff.
Does that answer your question? I'm a pro Soul Drain guy, it stacks nicely with Tar Patch and your toggle debuff. -
