btw forgot to ask another question I had.
About fly is there a way to change the flight positions..I heard there was but I cant figure out how lol THanks. -

Hey folks, Finally started to get into the game and love it. Just a few questions
1) at 20 I know I have to do a mission to get a cape. The question is will I be able to choose the design and what not of the cape or is it a pre designed cape that is random when I finish the mish?
2) if I mess up on somthing such as enhancements can I redo thoes or is it a perm thing? and is there a way to respec a toon so I could try different builds or should I just start a new toon?

Ok thanks folks. I tried out the MM last night and I love it actually.. Just the area itself is not the greatest lol. and the lack of people =( I didnt see many on the red side. is that natural or did I just come in at a bad time?

If I was going to start on a villian side which area would you suggest? I tried the one by the sea and I am not sure I like that one..are both the areas the same just differnt locations or what. Thanks

Dear lord. and this game has been out for how many years? and ive been playing other games with communitys that would rather say f u! then give advice. omg I love you guys! lol. Thank you all very much for all the tips and avice.
I have decided to play on freedom. =) and I have been playing many many differnt at's the past 3 days and I have to say all have their ups and down. I am going to be testing out MM this evning and seeing that it has to offer.
If anybody is on villan side on freedom I will be on a toon that has somthing to do with syfy lol.

A few pointers:
In my opinion, Scrappers and Tankers are good ATs to start with for Heroes, while Brutes and Masterminds are good to start with for villains.
Masterminds can be a bit tricky to learn but they're worth it, and they can both solo and be effective in teams. If you want to try a MM, I suggest right clicking on your henchmen and setting them to "Follow" and "Defensive". This way they'll follow you and attack anything that atacks you. It also put them in "Bodyguard mode" so any damage you take is divided amongst you and any henchmen that are close to you.
Common Magic Salvage can be a good source of income for Heroes (not sure if this works for villains too). Hellions (found all over Atlas Park and Galaxy City) are a good source of it. If you take Common Magic Salvage to Wentworth's and sell it there, you can make some decent Influence. Ancient Artifacts and Luck Charms typically make the most Inf. -
Hello folks. thought I would hop in and say hi. I am brand new to the game. Just started last night. atm I am doing as many have suggested playing many toons. I plan to lvl each to at least 10-20 before I look at other AT. atm i am working on a controller grav/kin so far I enjoy it.
my toons name is Xroxin if anybody would be willing to give me any tips/help in game I would appreciate it. I would also be looking for a guild...err supergroup I guess they are called eventually. if any groups would not mind having a lowbie/newbie I would be honored to join =)

Lol. so far I am extremly fricken impressed with the community here. I started out on Triumph. My toon names atm are Xrox and SyfyLedgend.
I would love to find a highly populated server. any ideas as to which is one of the top servers? -

Hello all. I just started playing last night. So far I am enjoying the game. not sure what class is good for noobs but if you got any tips id appreicate it. Hope to meet people in game and maybe join a guild. I lookforward to geting to 50 and seeing that this game has to offer.
