Excellent guide - it is almost dead on to my PB blapper build

I have done a few things differently from your build, and if you do not mind - here is what I have done:
1. I took gleaming blast at 10 - its nice having a 2nd blast to finish off mobs - 3 slots (1acc, 2 dmg) (trade off is putting off buildup until 24, but I used the free respec to use squiddy until 22, then went fully human with dwarf backup)
2. I did not take reform essence (I use the dwarfs heal instead, might be cumbersome, but it makes me use the dwarf now and then

)
3. No Conserve power - stamina 2 slotted with DO's right now at 22 is do-able. I have to turn off my shield between fights while moving to the next mob (I do alot of missions), and I leave sprint off (swift kicks in nicely here). With 6 slotted SO's I cant imagine ever needing CP, however having CP on my ice/en blaster I know how truly useful it can be. This ones pretty iffy - I chose to take something more useful overall (for me). Keep in mind I slot an endredux in incandescent strike - helps greatly.
4. No Pulsar - I tried to make this work on test, just is not accurate enough with 2 acc slots for me - and the hold is not very long at all (I would rather TP in with dwarf, do his stomp to knock everyone back, then reform into human).
5. With those 2 last powers not taken, I will be able to take the thermal shield at 30 (right when the fire throwing cot's and icy creys become prevalent) and quantum shield at 35 (if I so chooose). This also allows me to move solar flare up to 26 instead of 30.

This will help us ballsy PB blappers out - that is, if anyone can overcome the 'crazy notion' of a blapping peacebringer. (Really, the shininig shield is incredible)
