I'm having serious lag issues and i have no idea why. i have a nice machine and all my drivers are up to date. my ping is good. i have no idea what to do or try next.
Specifically, mobs, cars and npc move smoothly for about 2 seconds and appear to stop momentarily and then move again. I have no idea what is causing this but if anyone has an idea I'd be grateful.
