Yep I have been noticing this too mainly when im about to AS someone and then suddenly i stop... Only then i notice i have been interrupted - usually it is too late then and i have been exposed by an AoE attack.

I also used to get this when clicking on glowies... i would click and nothing would happen only to notice a interrupted message in the log.

Ah - read the power description again and - yes i agree with you... I will look to see if this is the case.

Well looking in the text entry after I hit something it does indeed state that defense has been reduced... however now I am coming up against tougher opponenets I have not noticed an increase in damage after multiple attacks (having started with the slash).

So I yet remain to be convinced that this power is working correctly.

Oh i forgot to say that the icon for the power also features a dropping shield - so I dont think that it is just a typo.

I will also look to see if the combat text mentions the debuff

I have a claws/regen stalker which i am now growing to like alot - however I have noticed that the slash power does not defense debuff as indicated in the script

"You perform a Slash with your Claws, dealing a good amount of damage, but with a longer recharge rate than Swipe or Strike. This attack can reduce a target's Defense, making him easier to hit. Damage: Moderate,"

Not once have i seen this power inflict the dropping shields on a mob which has been hit. Has anyone noticed this effect?

I have raised this as a bug but have not heard any real response about it and i am now getting fed up with this lack of feedback.
