oh i forgot to tell. i am mind-storm summon controller

well i have a controller lvl 20. i thinked about starting a new character becuase its to hard for me with a controller to lvl up. then a another controller lvl 50 told me to enter this forums and to ask for some advies for controllers.
so how can i train? its realy hard. please give me some advices.
