Hello,

looking to improve my rad/arc build. I want a toon that is team focused since I seldomly run solo. I plan on avoiding melee situations as much as possible, so I concentrated on range attackes. I took choking cloud and thunderstike to handle any enemies that may mange to get into melee range with me. I am looking to max out range defense and recharge as much as possible (build currently at 36% range def). Trying not to break the bank on the build (maybe 700mil max).
