  1. How do I check if my account is EU or US ?
  2. I do see the Game Account Details page, with the 'Reactivate Account' and 'Upgrade Account' to the right.

    When I click 'Upgrade Account', it then goes to the 'Enter your serial code, game card or game time card.' page.

    I then get to choose from the following:

    Serial Code:

    Unused Serial Codes
    City of Heroes® (Europe) Retail Jul 08 2011

    I then choose the unused serial code, that should Upgrade my trial account to retail...but it takes me to the 'create your new account' page.

    When I click upgrade account when im in-game, it takes me to the EU game on the website.

    It all works fine until I choose my 'Unused Serial Code'. When I choose it, it goes to a page saying:

    To create your new City of Heroes® (Europe) account, choose an account name and password.
  5. Hi all,

    I have a trial account at the moment, I want to upgrade that account to the full retail version with the retail code or 30 day game card I have purchased (I have both).

    When I go to upgrade it with the retail code, it asks me to create a new account...that would make the trial pointless because I would loose my original account / characters. I cant use the 30 day game card because my account isn't upgraded to retail yet.

    Does anybody know how I am supposed to 'upgrade' my existing account to retail?
