Is there a maintenance schedule? I can't find any mention of one in forum stickies or the Support knowledge base, or anywhere else for that matter. The closest thing I can find is a forum post from an admin named Niviene, who said they were going to try out a global schedule but doesn't seem to have ever posted what the schedule would be, much less whether it's currently in effect or not.

Anyhoo, people in-game had told me maintenance was once/week on Thursdays, but the servers seem to have just gone down (on Wednesday). Which is no big deal if it's a one-off, but the automated warning called it "regular daily maintenance", which sounds chillingly like they're still using the insane system they used to have, where maintenance was ostensibly scheduled for every day and just occurred randomly whenever. Please tell me they're not still doing that?

Hi. So I'm extremely new to the game, and presumably missing something. I was soloing in an AE mission trying to figure out my powers, and near the beginning I was getting close to dying. So I ran back to the big red square at the beginning, but it didn't port me out. So I clicked the "Architect Options" button (in the nav) and chose "Exit", and got out normally.

Now I'm outside the mission, but stuck in and and unable to drop it. Hitting the "Mission" button on the nav shows the AE mission to be my current one. Hitting the "Architect Options" button in the nav brings up the usual dialog (with buttons for submitting comments and tagging), but the large button reads "Finished", and doesn't do anything, whether selected inside the mission or out. I can re-enter the mission via the AE portal, and exit it via the red square, but I can't get a new AE or normal mission as it says I need to quit my AE mission first. Logging out and back in didn't have any effect, nor has anything else I tried. Using the AE console works normally except that I can't start missions, and talking to the AE hologram quest givers gives their normal mid-quest dialog (with the only options being "Ask about this contact" and "Leave").

Any advice?
