That's what I was thinking. They do have different Emblems on their uniforms than the %th Column Soldiers but I'm pretty certain they are Axis America and not S.P.I.D.E.R. I think it's too soon for that group to show itself since it will most probably surface during the launch of CoV and not before.

People keep saying this but I don't buy it. I seem to remember some orange and yellow leaves on trees on launch. I'll believe that they are changing the game environment for the seasons when the trees in perez park and eden start to change (which they are not)
