Hey there ddgryphon (or should I say Secretary of Satisfaction),



First of all, thanks for taking the time to compile that list of “lost” commissions over on the CoH boards. That couldn’t have been easy.



I’m the guy who created the “Junkyard King” character (his reference pic is on your list) but have since cancelled my account so I can’t post on the boards anymore. I was wondering if you could do me a favor and post in the “Satisfaction” thread on my behalf, if you don’t mind of course. I just wanted to let all the artists in the thread know that I’m happy with anyone taking a crack at the King if they’re interested. Since I can’t post I can’t really take up any open offers being made in the thread so I thought I’d give my character a little more exposure. I’ve waited almost 2 years now for MMOART without getting anything so I’m itching to get something done if anyone is interested.



Thanks a lot for doing what your doing and thank the artists for me too if you find the time to post something for me.

As I said I really dig them all, but for some reason, the more I look at Plasma Cannon's Helmet, the more it bothers me. I can't put my finger on why, but it just looks odd to me for some reason. I think I'd rather see a Captain America Style cowl or even a Shield style maskon him. But that's just a guess.

Oh, and two thumbs up for DeuceLoom as well. The only suggestion I have for him is to make him more East Indian and not so Caucasian. (Just a suggestion).

Just to clarify, I'm the Idi--, I mean, I volunteered to coordinate and keep the list. You guys are so fast, it is a bit more difficult than I expected. Okay. First up, Tanks redlight piece will be listed as done.

Any messages can be PM'd here or sent to ddgryphon {at} gmail {dot} com and if you can't decode that--get off the web, you're worse than people driving in the passing lane at 25 MPH, with their left blinker on.

Second, Artists: If you have a piece you want to do or have done--please notify me at that address or by PM (Folks this isn't Burger King and the artists are donating their time and talent to see that people get something for the money they spent on MMOART--please, be polite and accept the gift with dignity and thanks). Also, artists if you can update me on the various art jams and finished jobs, I'll see it is noted with a link.

Aggrieved commissioners: if you want to shout out for an artist do the same (realizing that in no way it promises that you will get that artist). Also, if you send me your reference links, that will give the artists a central place to look for them. Please send me your reference links.

I'm trying to keep up and keep it all straight in my head. Please check the list and if something needs to be marked done, claimed or whatever, don't hesitate to notify me.
