Captain Mako? What, not good enough for General Mako, or Commander Mako? Heck, I thought villains got to give themselves their titles anyway, why reach so low and pick Captain? What's next, Recluse, Duke of lower Unctberry?
At least pick Major Mako! It's one rank up, sounds nicer, and implies more of a bad@%$
On a side note, he's starting to sound a bit like a nemesis villain I had planned for my hero, Orca

I don't have any major problems with the way things have worked to date, I just wanted to point out one thing:
