I have a character that leveled so fast, she only got 2 Tier 5 contacts. Those 2 Tier 5 contacts gave me only 2 Tier 10 contacts. The character is now level 13 and I'm worried that I'm going to be stuck with only 2 contacts in each tier for the rest of this charater's career. Will the Tier 10 contacts send me to other Tier 10 contacts if I keep doing missions for them?

We'll I'm coming over to your side too. I'll be making a Rad/Rad Defender on Freedom to join the under 21 supergroup. I just want to know what are the supergroup's colors and emblem?
