password got reset before i tried to log in so it wasnt working
just had to create a new one

where would i find the game code that i was supposed to receive?
and how do i solve the issue with the login server?

i just downloaded the city of heroes going rogue: complete collection and it didnt give me my free month, nor any information on my server or how to get the game running. I created my steam and ncsoft accounts and entered my games serial number, but at the launch screen when i enter my name and password it cant connect me to the server. WHAT SERVER AM I EVEN ON? nothing has helped me on the sites and ive been at this for hours. i even subscribed with my credit card to see if it would get me more information on my account...why isnt anything working
