That's exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I'm starting to understand how to slot a little bit better. And after reading up on some of the articles I think I have a shot at making a half way decent toon.

Thanks BurningChick. This was my semi-first attempt at a build on mids. It's safe to say I don't have a firm grasp of what I'm doing.
I did read through the threads that came with the link, and below is what I've come up with. I know I won't be able to dish out the damage, but I was hoping I can make up for that by reducing recharge time and just spamming aoes.

Thanks for checking out my build.
I've had this bub/elec def since 08, but have never been serious with him. I've kind of fallen in love with this toon all over again and want to turn him into something even more enjoyable. I do more soloing than team, so my goal is to be able to solo more efficiently.
