This looks quite solid, although personally I would take Fearsome Stare at 20. Taking Health at 22 isn't much different than taking it at 20, but Fearsome Stare will start helping out right away.
You also may want to consider taking Acrobatics a bit earlier depending on how much you love the patron powers. Getting knocked back from grenades is really annoying. If you don't find yourself in desperate need of Leadership you could even put Acrobatics and Howling Twilight in there. The leadership pool is always a subject of heavy debate, of course.
The slotting also looks quite good overall. The only change I'd make is finding an extra slot for accuracy in Gang War. When I first got it I wondered if their damage was invisible until I realized they were just missing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe they're autohit in PvE.
Anyway, it looks like a good build.
