This is just great, now my Fire tank has such a difficult time soloing on heroic he is no longer a fun character to play.

Yeah, out of all fairness if burn has a fear effect, ALL PBAoE DoT should do the same in the name of realism. but you prolly won't do that because that would add the one thing I5 does not have, a shread of balance.

Defiance sounds cool, but I feel it was handeled completly wrong...the defiance guage is pointless, simply make it so that when you are in the appropriate health ranges, you constanly have the dammage buff from difiance...when your at a low enough health level for the defiance damage to be worth any notable damage, the guage empties too fast and your left with low health and normal damage.

The sonic Blast power is fun, what I have played of it any way, however with the other nerfs going thru with I5 I think it is a tad bit to powerful, with the game as it is currently on the live server this power will do well as is. The sonic blast power set would add another dimension of fun to the game, however with the I5 nerfs, this will cause the game to shift back to “City of Blasters”, sonic blasters specifically. Also, the sound effects need a little tweaking, no human specific sound if you don’t have different sounds for different genders.
