Show me an animal that doesn't communicate in some way, shape, or form, and I'll believe you. The definition of life, according to my biology professor is that there is homeostasis, organization, metabolism, growth, adaptation, response to stimuli, and reproduction.

It may not be verbal communication, but in sexual reproduction of ANY animal (exception of, I think, the echinoderms and from there, the lesser forms, who can asexually reproduce) there is some sort of communication. Some sort of "come hither" or "GTFO!". Hell, even BEES communicate by dancing.

Apes have been seen building tools. Birds create nests.

Annnnnd, if you tell me that my horse, who greets me every time she sees me with a happy wicker and a horse hug DOES NOT have some kind of immortal soul...well, I'd have a hard time believing you.

I happened to be posting through IE, and not Firefox, which picks up any spelling mistakes I usually make. Additionally, one s extra is not much compared to what some of these posts have.

If you're going to be representing anyone at all, it is important to have correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Simple as that. You don't see Madame Pistacio posting in that fashion, nor any of the other PERC or PvPEC reps post like that while they are being the official representatives that they are.

Or so my Composition 1, 2, and Workplace Composition classes have taught me. *shrug*

That being said, the spell check on Firefox is a great thing and I recommend it to everyone.
