I very highly doubt that they'll merge any of the servers, much less merging the EU servers with the NA servers.
That being said, I'll play with you on Victory. Tis my home. And I'm home all day for the most part, so about 2 here (that would be around 7 or 8 there, I think?) I'm usually available to play for a little bit.
