Although I am current back, I may not stay back. I'm pretty much just seeing if the Mission Arc. has to offer and tinkering around with Power Customizations. If those two items are worth the return, then I will stay until Going Rogue releases.
Although I won't be able to be playing as actively as I'd like, I will most likely be down for any TFs and the such on Saturdays... since Saturdays are basically the only days I will have available. Boo.
But I guess we'll just have to see if these features turn out to be what keeps me here a little while longer. :]

Quote:Haha! I formed a couple AV hunts in RV. Good times.. good chaos..He formed a AV hunt in RV once. I think he had a huge party in Pocket D when he left and gave away a bunch of stuff.
WB VH. (I told you to keep your stuff.)
I gave away over 23,000,000,000 in inf/enh/and items. it was a sad day.
I'm not too upset about having bare toons. If MA and power customization bring be back for a good while again, it won't be too hard to earn all that stuff back. Stuff is just stuff.
Maybe I'll re-roll all 32 of my toons from scratch, eh? :]

Here to check out the mission architect and anticipating the power customization.
Lets see if these two features are enough to bring me back for a good long while, eh??

So here's the deal.. I've got a fire scrapper that I pretty much love right now. He's got great offense and sufficient defense.
My dilemma is this: I HATE the swords and avoid them at all costs.. and i LOVE Burn and want to use it religiously. The only way to work around the high fear effect it has is to slow/immob my enemies from an Epic Pool.
My thought is to take Weapon Mastery for Caltrops and Web Grenade.. or Dark Mastery for Ten. Tentacles.
My attack chain would look something like this:
Jump in.. toss out Caltrops, Build Up, Burn, Webnade (bosses/LTs), Single Target Attacks, Fiery Embrace, Burn, Single Target Attacks.. all with Blazing Aura going. Rinse and repeat.
I am thinking it would be best to go for Caltrops because it doesn't require much (if any, maybe a couple slows) slotting, as opposed to Ten. Tentacles.
Am I gimping myself by foregoing the swords? Or is my AoE DMG more than compensating?
Thanks for any and all input!
