Congratulations on killing PUG TFs. And most small SG TFs.
Congratulations on killing the Black Market.
Congratulations on killing the Shard TFs, not that anyone actually did them.
Congratulations on forcing teaming in a game without a whole ton of people on at any given time outside of Freedom or Virtue. Again.
Congratulations on killing the IO system for me.
Congratulations on giving me a reason to viciously chew out anyone who logs during a 5+ hour task force. Even if it's because their mother had a heart attack.
Congratulations on giving people great new ways to grief others.
Congratulations. -

Not quite sure what that means exactly, can you explain?

Pretty much does Power Boost, except it reduces all of the effects rather than increases them. Mez durations, defense buffs, heals, etc., are reduced. Like Weaken from the Poison set.
Probably a lot more useful for AVs or PvP than for typical PvE, but better than the current incarnation. -
Forums ate my post because apparently I cancelled my subscription. My game time card fueled subscription. But anyway.
PFF, Deflection/Insulation/Dispersion, and Detention should stay the same.
Force Bolt should be a -20% DMG -20% RES, with the recharge increased.
Repulsion Field, maybe a negative Power Boost effect? Would lend FF something completely unique, at least to hero side.
Repulsion Bomb should be a mag 3 disorient with 100% chance to work if it hits.
Force Bubble should do -range. Maybe 40%. -
"No major changes" doesn't mean they can't or won't add additional effects to an underperforming power. It just means that the core function of a power will never be changed.
That doesn't rule out the possibility of adding additional secondary effects to powers to make them worthwhile. -
A shame the name "Cobalt Flux" is probably taken on every server. Because I have a Cobalt Flux pad, and I'd play with that.

After reading some of the posts this thread, I've got a good one.
Don't be an arrogant, anti-social [censored] who will only team after receiving a paragraph-long /tell explaining exactly what missions are being done, the levels and powersets of everyone on the team, and exactly how many minutes the mission will take...assuming you don't just talk to 3 or 4 RL friends only and ignore everyone else in the game.
Meeting and playing with new people in this game is a good thing. Sometimes these people are terrible, immature little kids. But you may also find a new friend. Most of the time, though, it'll just be an average team that goes through its missions at a decent pace and breaks the monotony of soloing. Which is not bad at all.
