Questions to those; where does one find an EU gamecard? Because my friend says he tried to find them but he only found US ones... Either that, or the site said that they weren't available.

A friend of mine has had his CoH account for a long time. Now he's moved abroad and wants to renew his subscription. But plaync wont let him make the payment because the registered adress is in the UK and his current IP is in Holland. Plaync sees this as a case of (creditcard)fraude, whereas he just wants to renew it and play again.

How can he pay for it and play and enjoy the game?
