So I decided to spend the money on a server transfer (absolutely insane. Charging us $15 a month to play, then $10 to move a single toon to a new server (which should take: All of a second or less and no human involvement on your end - you pirates. Seriously. $10 is robbery).
And because I rarely (if ever) buy anything in the store, I forgot my master account password. So I request a reset.
It's going on an hour and a half later, and I have no reset e-mail.
What does one do? Open a support ticket. The e-mail confirming that my ticket will be reviewed "shortly" came IMMEDIATELY, of course.
The end result? Frankly, I don't need my password because I've decided to skip the server transfer and will likely not buy anything else in the store.
But you guys at NCSoft should know that this kind of slow response on a password reset request (which is pretty much instantaneous with any other MMO provider) has cost you money.
Given the statistical probability that this has happened to others and they've just not bothered to say anything, you guys have likely lost considerably more than just my 10 bucks over time.
