Hello everyone i'm trying to get my wife into city of heroes game. I was playing around with the hero creation and was asking her what powers she would like if she had a choice of having whatever she wanted. Willpower and Kinetic was what came up with our discussion. The outcome of the costume resulted in a Harly Quinn type outfit that was kinda cool looking. I have searched all the way back to april 2010 for a build and couldn't find one. I do not have the hero builder but i do use the threads a lot to find what i like. I'm just lookng for a decent build IO preferably. I do have some vet rewards for the sprints and the ghost axe which she picked the Ghost axe she loved how the huge axe came outta nowhere. Also she would like the leaping movement and probably haste to help mele go faster other than that i'm looking for IO up to 50. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello all, I'm looking for a build for my daughter. I've recently come back to city of heroes after a year long absence and was wanting to help her update her character she has some repects she can use. i'm just looking for a build that is good solo and group mostly pve. She has picked a lot of pool powers its probably a lost cause as i am not sue i can respect those out. but i am looking for a build that can acompany super speed, super jump, flight and medicine pools. I've kinda thrown my hands up at her choices but hey she's a kid. Any basic build with some of those to make it easier would help. Thanks all...
