Are the servers down? i looked on websites it says they are up, i keep getting (not responding), ive tried launching in safe mode, says servers might be down. i verified all files, i even deleted checksum and rebooted. What gives here? my drivers are current and i have internet access.

its weird, its going from up to unknown, to down then back to up again, and im not refreshing the page

it says servers are up but when i go to log in it says servers may be down for maitence, what gives here?
