The full list of Patron powers was posted by a redname but for some funky reason I'm not finding it. Most of the AT specific forums have extracted the info for the AT for discussion.

http://masters.wkane.us/villain/ has them all listed. Anyone with info more specific than the names and descriptions is guessing.

For anyone worried about their pre-order --

I pre-ordered with EB the day it was announced; didn't got the pre-order CD until yesterday (Aug 31st). Not a geographic thing (SF CA), no email notification when it shipped, no change to the order status on the EB site ('waiting for product' etc..) They list a CoV ship date of 10/31 which is presumably just a guess.

The serial codes are/can be a royal pain. It took about a half hour of guessing before I happened on the right one (4 letters with multiple possible values). You can add "C / G" to the list of easy errors.
