    Hi Im lvl 22 so far and the build has been going well but just want some advise for the later levels. What I can skip and is my slotting effective for playing the later levels. Thanks in advance:

    Does anyone with Cosmic burst make any comment of the damage???

    I am starting a Rad/Rad Corr and on the power description for Cosmic burst it says extreme damage but looking through the forums and guides its BI index is only 5.8889 and Bitter Ice Blast is 6.3334 which is suppose to be superior damage. Is it simply the description for the power is wrong? Can anyone with CB as a Rad Corr advise on the damage - is it really extreme!
