Welcome back again my friend to the show that never ends.
We're so glad you could attend, step inside, step inside.

For Tax_E
I hope you like it, I don't draw women that well, I'm more comfortable drawing the male form...and I'm not sure what that says about me.

2 Down, 3 To Go.
For BillZBubba
Hope you like, Bill.
Was hoping to get at least two done tonight, but our only working vehicle suddenly decided to carp out on us so I spent the majority of the evening consoling my very pregnant wife, assuring her that everything was gonna be all right.
Hopefully will back to it tomorrow. In the meantime, does anybody have a reliable car for sale? Cheap? I got like, 40 bucks....
TL = Will Draw for Transportation. -
Yep, as stated in the OP, I'm a jerk like that.
TL -
The first one is done. I may revisit it with some color. And I had another idea for the character that I scrapped halfway through drawing that I may go back to, but for now, here's Invincibelle for Buckeye....
You know what they say about payback....
We'll have another tomorrow.
TL -
Okay, the queueueueueue is thus:
1. Invincibelle (though I think you found a loophole around my "Who's Jethro Tull" clause, ya big sneak)
2. BillZBubba
3. Kilotonnage
4. Tax E Girl
5. MarDun
I've got a few ideas already, so I might get started tonight.
Thanks to all who entered, please try again sometime. Watch this thread for more info. Also, always remember to read the fine print. =)

I have no favorite - I love them all. Plus, I was front-row-center for their SDSU amphetheater performance at their Oh No Not Another 20th anniversary tour show and Ian Anderson SWEATED ON ME. Top that.
[/ QUOTE ]
I sat front row center when they played the DECC in Duluth, MN, back in 97 and got to interview the band for an hour before the show. Handshakes are better than sweat...in certain situations.... =)

Someone should post a big long sketch thread with very specific instructions to see who can read and who can't :P

The Grae Knight Leader of the Paragonian Knights and Broad Sword scrapper. He travels by flight and is married to Lady Grae. Women want him and men want to be him

I already have something planned for you, so unfortunately you're ineligible for this particular offer, my friend. But thanks for the screenshot...still need one of Lady Grae though. =)

I would be honored if you took a shot a Kilotonnage the Iron-jawed Troll.

You still need to answer me those questions three.
TL -
Well, people around these parts have been telling me I should start posting in this here artsy-fartsy type forum and maybe get more feedback on my work. However, I've come to a wall with my usual Turkey Scratches, and haven't had any ideas formulating for anything else. So, I'm at a loss as to what to post....
That being the case, I'm jumping in with both feet and at least one knee and possibly some fingers and asking you folks to get me inspired. I will make with the drawings and possibly the colorings for the next 5 people that present me with some decent screenshots of their character, the character's name, their AT and powersets, and maybe a little bit about their personality and background. I dunno...whatever real artists ask for in these situations. One character per person please.
ALSO:
Those that seek to enter must answer me these questions three, else they'll not get any art for free:
1. WHAT is your name?
2. WHAT is your quest?
3. WHAT is your favorite Jethro Tull song?
The finished drawings will be posted on my deviant art page sometime within the next two weeks (see below) and linked in this thread.
Please note: This may be a one time deal. Because my muse is very tempermental, and, like a Karma Chameleon, comes and goes (and with it, my ability to draw), I'm not really that reliable for getting stuff done in a timely manner. This is one of the main reasons I don't do commissions or requests. I also prefer doing the surprise arts. So please don't flood me with requests. We'll see how these goes, and maybe down the line I'll do another offer like this. Also, if your answer to question three is "Who's Jethro Tull?" you will be disqualified from entry because I'm a jerk like that. Supplies are limited. Offer valid in 49 states, SORRY TENNESSEE!

I don't know if I count cuz I only did one, and it was mostly of his cape...but....
Turkey Lurkey
Obey the Turkey
TL -
Besides the Marvel book, I would also recommend two books for anatomy and skeletal structure:
"Gray's Anatomy" and "Bridgeman's Complete Guide to Drawing from Life"
TL -
I may just have to join the bandwagon on this with a couple of Turkey Scratches...when is the deadline?

Saw your Hemily sketch in the Virtue forums, and had to do a search to see if I could find more of your stuff. Excellent work. I love the animated/cartoony feel of the sketches. Gives great character to the...er...characters. =) I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.
