    *Theme/Concept: The Zeroth Hour is a loosely-run organization-style alliance of heroes specializing in temporal, intergalactic, and inter-dimensional peacekeeping. In general, they consult with groups like Longbow and Hero Corps on diplomatic matters involving Primal Earth's allies, and safeguard against threats to Primal Earth. Vigilante style characters are welcome in addition to traditional heroes, but they tend to be assigned to tasks dealing in matters of enforcement and safeguarding rather than diplomacy.

    *Activity: We're active from about 2pm-6am EST.

    Requirements for Membership: Must be somewhat active (Log in at least twice a week). Must have a character bio. Must be role-play friendly. Must be willing to play in SG mode (Very rarely will 'SG colors' and emblem be mandatory, if at all, despite this requirement).

    Other Details: The SG is meant to have a somewhat loose "Generic Hero League" feel, so if your character isn't necessarily inter-dimensional, inter-temporal, or intergalactic, you don't need to feel left out. More organizational than a standard "League," ranks do reflect some level of authority despite the long leash afforded to standard members of the league.

    Calling themselves simply, 'The Guild', The Council of Ruin is dedicated to using factions against one another to provide an umbrella of shadow for itself to accomplish it's own goals. It counts among it's ranks expert blackmailers, spies, and just all-around cunning villains willing to manipulate for the cause... Surprisingly, CoR members enjoy a loose network of trust, partially encouraged by a lackluster rank system, but mostly owed to the group's sacred view of secrets, as even so much as a hint of inward distrust results in membership expulsion. Fortunately for the membership, The CoR council reciprocates this requirement, seeking to respect it's own membership's privacy so long as they bring in their share of valuable information to use against opposing factions.

    Though The Council of Ruin is directed by three villains, I.E. the council, perhaps the most hushed whispers within the group suggest 'The Guild' has an appropriately titled 'guild-master'. These rumors, of course, are unconfirmed.
