How about an SG-specific load screen when u or a visitor zones into your base. I know this would be rather limited but you could possibly customize the font your SG name is written in and feature your SG logo as well.

Ok well in preparation for when/if it does go live, what exactly do I need in my base?

Current base configuration:
2 Telepad Rooms (1 with raid telepad and both with anchors)
2 Workshops (both with anchor)
1 Control Room
1 Energy Terminal (with anchor)
1 Infirmary (with anchor)
1 Vault (with IoP base)
1 Secret Entrance Room
