  2. hey all.

    looking for a little insight on the mental manipulation blaster secondary set.

    since the 2 "fun" powers require you to be in melee, i decided to go with fire as the primary set for this toon and focus on aoe powers.

    i am trying to come up with a plan to "slot" up some defense since this toon will be in the thick of things.

    please take a look at this build and let me know your thoughts. (figure i have about 200 million to spend plus whatever this toon manages to earn as i level it up...first time trying to "plan" a build and not familiar with all the sets yet.

    also, i am curious on how you feel about "world of confusion"...as you can see right now i am planning on taking it...i figure anytime a mob does not attack is a good thing and it seems cheap endurance-wise. but with this build being so tight maybe i am missing something that would work better???
