    Thats Geko, Bridgers merely posting what he said. The wording suggests that they now scale to level, rather than always having done so, but It can't be a very noticeable amount. I'd love to see some numbers on how much the increase is, but thats a pipe dream because I'm never going to get them.

    What that post does suggest is that the changes aren't noticeable. Now needing half the amount of holds to break mez resists is incredibly noticeable, so I can only assume he's referring to the increase with level.

    Which, as I said previously, is either very small or non-existent.

    Where did he say this? No disrespect, but if Bridger says something about the game, its not gospel. In my experience it either doesn't scale or it doesn't scale very much.

    Just noticed this. I was under the impession that your Mez protection did not scale with level, and that three holds would still get you if your level 50.

    Well, no, but Mezzing still works exactly the same. You beat the resistance, you get a hold.

    I think it's because people like to go offtopic, and completely avoid answering questions.

    Like about the stun hit/miss rate and it's duration. Im still wondering about that. Am I supposed to put 2 SO +acc enahncements in it to be even ABLE to stun someone for a second, and THEN put 2 more SOs for the duration?

    To be honest, the stun thing seem like it's... not capped right. I can stun low lvl enemies with ease, and the stun holds long indeed. Just like the heroes stun me in BB... even though we should have equal levels.

    What AT are you? Most secondary effects can not be enhanced for frequency of occurence. The base is 5% IIRC, so its fairly pointless enhancing it much because your only going to get the hit every so often.

    About stacking, i remember i could not stack DA with a scrapper, but brutes seems to be able. :S Has it changed to scrappers too? Anyone knows? I only play COV ATM and cant test it.

    /DA toggles have stacked for quite a bit now. ToF (and all Fear powers) cause your target to cower in front of you, a bit like a hold but it doesn't turn off toggles etc. If you attack them, they can attack you back but with an Acc Debuff.
