So, well, remember a few weeks ago when BAS held some competitions on who could make the best costume under the tightest circuimstances? Well, that's coming back, courtesy of me!
Right. So this will either be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on how many entrees I get per day, and how busy I am with real life. You can either send me the entry's via PM, or just post-em here for the world to see. That's the gist of it, pretty much. Costumes will be rated in four different scores:
Concept - How original the idea of the costume is.
Color - How well the colors were chosen.
Design - How well the costume pieces were used.
Modeling - How well the body was toned. Yes, this will matter, but I don't think it will matter very much.
Now then; the first rounds guidelines are...
Male body (Not huge.), Half-Helmet.
That's it. The configurations will become stranger and stranger and STTRRRAAAAAAaaAAAaaaAAnger as time goes on! Get in that screen and design!

In one of my "oh, what the heck" moments this morning, I scanned in a couple drawings I did a while ago. I just found them both like a week ago.
The first is, of course, Digsite. Drew this one like a year ago after I dinged 50. He's still my only 50.
Out of beta, I made this character, Clawblade over on Pinnacle, my original server. He's a Katana/Regen scrapper that never knew the glory of Regen tanking as I moved to Champion when he was 33. Had to have been two years ago I drew this.
So yeah, just throwing these out there for S&G's.

Well sketches and stuff shouldn't be thrown away by anyone but the artist. Even if they're 'horrible', they are still useful in showing what 'not' to do, y'know?

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you 100%. But, that doesn't change the fact that mistakes happen and sometimes all you can do is suck it up and drive on. I just don't see the point is getting upset about it. The artists isn't terribly upset, in fact, he seems to see it as an opportunity to start fresh, especially since hes' been practicing and now feels like he can do a better job, y'know?

Hi, this is my first time posting in this particular section of the forums.
I just wanted to share a wallpaper I made. It was originally just going to be a screenshot that people could access from my signature, but feeling a bit creative I decided to go for a wallpaper.
I had an idea or image of what I wanted and searched Paragon City for a place to get a screenshot, and ended up in Steel Canyon with its tall skyscrapers. I then spent a lot time taking different shots in different angles and different times of the day. I finally decided on one, and booted-up good ol' Photoshop.
The result is now in my signature below. It's a 1280x1024 wallpaper. What do you guys think?
