EDIT: It doesn't have to be a click, any power that makes green numbers show up over someone's head gets the bonus (unless it's flagged to ignore buffs).
For Alphas, there is no one right answer. However, the Spiritual tree is popular with Regen and Willpower characters. Note that the Alpha Enhancement functions (more or less) like an SO, NOT a set bonus, so the healing component WILL boost your Regen and +HP powers. -
Hey all. I'm a 7 year vet just returned to the game not long ago, after taking a year off so i could take care/be with a terminally ill family member, bear with me. I just finished leveling a EM/WP Brute. I'm focusing on Regen with the set bonuses. I was told +healing doesn't effect the regen in WP only +regen. Is this true?
Also... What would be the best Alpha Enh for said character? Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance everyone. -

I vote change. Granite is horrid looking. Thats one reason i'll never make a Stone Armor anything.

My Grav/Eng Dom, with sets and powers selected, has almost all def soft capped and resistances out the roof. On the team i leveled with i played the part of Tank/Brute and did it very well. As for recharge.. i'm on the verge of having perma-dom "IF" i need it.The problem i run into more than anything is with the sets i have i have a severe lack of +HP. Guess i need to start working on my badges for the +HP. So it can be done but it will be a tight build.
Oh and yes Power Boost does bump up your defence for a bit.
