One you have to understand how retailers work. I myself work for Target and I know for a fact through friends that have worked at both Target and Wal-Mart that theres about 2 people in the store that actually know anything about incoming goods. The team lead for electronics probably knows if they have the game in stock or not but they won't tell the electronics associates that they have things in stock unless specifically asked. The other person funny enough is the truck driver that delivers the goods. Also when you call stores you might actually be talking to someone covering electronics while the electronics team member is on there break or lunch thus meaning that this person is really just bsing and has no idea what they're talking about. And thus is the magic land of retail.
