Hi everyone,

I'm a level 36 DB/SR Scrapper, and although I love him I feel as though my enhancements aren't right. I tend to run out of energy alot, my attacks miss or are deflected, and my recharge on powers are real slow sometimes. I am strictly pve/end game as pvp doesn't interest me.
