  1. Having played a travel powerless spines/SR scrapper to 50 you can most definitley get away without a "proper" travel power. Some zones can be a pain in the butt - Skyway being one notable example - but it is worth trying.

If you don't like it, well thats what respecs are for.

    Scrap Question

SR is a great secondary, got a spines/sr srapper and he's as mad as a bag of cats.

As the others have mentioned it can be hit and miss sometimes whether you sail through or faceplant in a mission, so taking aid self (medicine pool) really does help your survivability.

    DM/Inv advice

It now makes sense to me.

I was thinking of giving the medicine pool a miss, but it sounds like I'm going to need it. Thanks again.

    DM/Inv advice

    Thanks for the prompt response.

In what sense doesn't invuln have no defence vs. range? I know it has absolutely no defense vs. psi but I thought that the defenses were damage reduction rather than defense.

    DM/Inv advice

Been lurking for a long time so thought I'd dip my toe in the water and ask all you helpfull people for some advice/inspiration.

I've recently come back to the game after a brief hiatus (fell to the dark side for a bit but came to my senses) and started a DM/Inv scrapper. What I'd really like to know is, is this combination worthwhile? Has anyone else tried this mix? What were your impressions?
