    I did sub as a VIP, but I'm still re-learning the ropes. I would like to incarnate, I'm just not totally sure how to do all that just yet. So yes, I intend to.

    My budget isn't much right now, at all.

    No particular powers, no problems with patron powers.

    Thanks much for the reply! I'm still relatively low level (26), but so far I've been progressing along a very similar blueprint to what you laid out here. I a finding that while staff lacks the burst/build-up powers, and SR is a defense only set, staff mastery and quickness make a gnarly combo. While definitely not an instant gratification combo, it seems to flow very well, dispatching mobs very efficiently. And I definitely like SR so far.

    Greetings!

    I'm an old school vet returning for some fun, and would love to try the staff power set. I've got lots of experience with tanks, trollers, and defenders, but very little with blasters and scrappers. I realize that staff/SR isn't by any means a meta gaming combo, but I would love to give it a shot. Since I have little experience with both power sets, I would love to see some example builds to help me with some ideas as far as the direction I should head.
