I was thinking of getting one of the two purchasable powersets, Street Justice or Titan Weapons. I'm unsure of pricing still, but I saw some enhancements like " Kinetic Combat" running for 100 million each, and some Willpower sets included 5 sets of them.

Just as the title asks.

What is the cheapest brute secondary to max out your resistance or defense with? I was interested in Willpower, but after looking at some builds and then prices on the market, it seemed really out of reach to me.

As a follow up, how is Trick Arrow when it comes to debuffs? What, in your opinions, would be the top Mastermind debuff sets?

Also, to Klaw, I read somewhere that Robotics are purely range, which is what I want from my pets, that's why I decided on them.

I am interested in making this combination as my first Mastermind, I just have one small question before I do that will make or break this choice:

Will my robots be able to light Oil Slick Arrow consistently when I fire it?
