Hi, i need help IO'ing an Elec/Sheild scrap. I have enough influence to, justn ot sure what i want with the build. This is specifically for solo/duel farming. It doesnt matter how much inf. too =p. Please help me with a good IO'd build

Hi. I just recently made a Spine/FA scrapper and i really want to IO him. But i dont know how to IO a scrapper so, yeah, thats my question. Could someone give me a good IO set build for him.
