RocketBoy, I have always thought you were the bees knees since I first saw Rocket Boy back when I first learned about DA. I've always enjoyed seeing him along with Green Radiance. Your gallery is one of the first I ever saw and thought, 'That's so cool! I wonder what it would be like to have some art like that?'

So, thank you so much for your generosity and talent. It is VERY much appreciated. You made me smile and I really needed that. Oh, and it's a darned swell piece of art, too!

I apologize for resurrecting a dead thread, but I do feel strongly about letting other people know about artists they might not have seen before--especially when limited time specials are in the offing.

I just had this piece of the Scarlet Specter done by Bloodredsangre , who does a lot of vampires and the like, but that's not all she does. She's having a commission sale at the moment, and I have to say she worked *very* fast. So check out her stuff.

Again, I have no ties to this artist, I was just happy with my commission and thought I'd let others know.

Kheprera, I can heartily recommend Foo. Also, I think his Canadian hit squad could easily stop into Austin for you on the way back from here in Houston. Just don't make any sudden moves. I think the heat makes them antsy.

As for 'doing' PinUp Girl...feel free, folks. Just be gentle. She's not really easy, she's just drawn that way.

All hail the great and powerful Foo! He knocked this one outta the park, and just in time for the Fourth! I love that he not only got her personality spot-on, the colors and design of the poster subtly harken back to Statesman's costume (I think anyway).
