It is a costume slot.
It should not be the same price as an entire playable powerset for ONE costume slot. That's TWO MONTH'S worth of VIP points for ONE costume slot.
I would not protest it being even 400 points, but let's get real here. 800 points is way too much.

Oh, I'm aware of all of that. And I do appreciate it. It just seems pretty high to me to have a single slot cost as much as a whole new powerset. If all 5 new slots were opening for 800 points, I'd be overjoyed, but each single slot? Ouch.

Just to point out - you do not have "freedom of speech" on these boards. The first amendment does not give you the right to say whatever you want, wherever you want, anywhere you want.
The boards are essentially private property. You have only as much freedom as NCSoft/Paragon Studios and the mods allow you. They can remove your post for overuse (or underuse) of the word "pink" if they so choose, and you have no recourse. They can mod or remove your posts for no reason whatsoever, if they want.
NC *lets* you vent/complain here. If they said "That's no longer allowed," then it's no longer allowed.
There is no "freedom of speech" here. -

You get very subjective there though. 90% of the time me and many others could care less about double exp. Many others feel differently than us. Considering we've already gotten more than a double exp weekend I'd say we are being greedy. 1 day interruption = entirely new weekend plainly does not assume an equal return for them and it's already been done once.

sux ... cant get into freedom and that's where most my toons are.....I am definitely thinking they are having issues with their new hardware. Ether the hardwear sucks or they dont know how to use it ether way it is bad for me .
