I pre-ordered CoV and I picked it up today, yet I can't use the serial number until the 31st. Why? I find this highly unproffessional and defeated the purpose of my pre-ordering of the game. And it isn't helping my want of playing the game. It's ruining my excitement for wanting to play. Highly disappointing.
