Hey, guys --
When I was in the Army, it was said that there are three ways to do things: the right way, the wrong way, and the Army way.

Bah. Lighthouse pokes his head in and I STILL get no closure on the proper pronunciation of "Talos."

The video pronounces it right. I had to have Statesman (Jack) confirm it himself specifically for this vid.

I feel obliged to say that if Jack says that the right way to pronounce Talos is "tay-lohs," then, no matter how many letters he has after his name, the simple fact is that that is incorrect. It
IS "tah-lohs," as someone said.
NOW - that having been said, if Jack and Matt have decided that, on
The Jack and Matt Show, they have decreed that the locals pronounce it "tay-lohs," then that's perfectly peachy, as locals (including English-language dictionaries and their 'pronunciation guides') frequently have their own pronunciations of things that have nothing to do with the actual word.
...but it's not the correct pronunciation of the actual name Talos.

Look it up in any Greek lexicon.
