If you like using different powers, skipping Hasten can make sense on a Claws/SR as your secondary gets close to no benefit from +recharge and Claws attacks on scrappers recharge quick to start with. -
I just came back to CoH after 4 years of absence and i'm currently leveling up my new Scrapper.
I'm quite the noob in terms of building a character and where/how many slots i should put.
If any kind player would post a good low EndDrain build with softcap def that would be great ! (with all the IO's and such, influence is not a problem here)
*** Wondering is hasten still a power i should use? I don't really want to use only 3 attacks repeatedly till the end of time, would Strike/Slash/Spin/Follow Up/Focus/Eviscerate be the way to go ?
